For starters, we’re looking for at least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; restaurant management experience preferred.

Don't have the foggiest idea how to run a restaurant?

We'll teach you the rest. Our management training program is customized to suit your very particular set of skills, and our ongoing training classes will see you through as you advance from Assistant Manager to Manager to General Manager (to… Jedi Master, obviously).

We won't sugarcoat it though – restaurant life can be stressful. That's why our management members enjoy one full weekend of per month. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, amIright? You do you, and we'll all be the better for it.
